Day Eleven!!




Today went by quicker than yesterday. Today I have to answer two questions relating to our math project.


1) The other things the restaurant owners need to consider when pricing their menu items would be the shipping costs on the ingredients to make the prepared food, the cost of the food, how much they are paying their employees, the cost of the rent (if they are paying any), the gas/electric bills, and the cost of renovations/keeping up with the restaurant.

2) A reasonable price for the tostadas would be around $4 or $5 dollars.

Yay! I’m so glad this is almost over. So that I can sleep more and I can hang out with people more now too.

    Nice job Katelyn! I agree the price would have to be around $4-$5> You did a great job listing all the other things the owner would have to consider when pricing the tostadas.
